Summary

add pytest-based tests for fix_date.py
add GitHub Actions workflow to run tests
include pytest in requirements
document how to run tests

Testing

pip install -q -r requirements.txt (fails: Tunnel connection failed)
pytest -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'frontmatter')
